This analysis estimates the FY2024 Cost of Sales as a percentage of revenue (CoS%) for 20 privately-held fashion and lifestyle brands operating flagship stores on Regent Street, London. As these companies do not publish audited financial statements at the granularity of listed peers, a category-based benchmarking methodology was developed, drawing on a proprietary dataset of 68 publicly-listed comparable companies with full FY2024 disclosures..
